At Janvi3D, operated by Janvi3D Enterprise ("we", "us"), we are dedicated to ensuring that your custom 3D printed items are securely packaged and delivered safely to your doorstep anywhere in India.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our production timelines, dispatch procedures, courier networks, transit estimates, and delivery charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We provide domestic shipping services across all serviceable pin codes throughout India. We do not currently process direct international retail shipments through the standard online checkout.
2. Processing, Manufacturing & Dispatch Timelines
Because 3D printing requires precision additive manufacturing and quality post-processing:
In-Stock Catalog Items
Products in stock are typically inspected, packed, and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 business hours of order and payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order / Custom Prints
Pieces requiring custom 3D printing (e.g. customized dimensions, custom colors, or engraved nameplates) require 2 to 4 business days for production, curing, cleaning, and quality testing prior to dispatch.
*Note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Public Holidays will be processed on the next business working day.

Once dispatched from our studio in Gujarat, estimated delivery times vary by recipient location across India:

Transit times are estimates provided by logistics partners and may be affected by extreme weather, regional festivals, or transit checkpoint delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping fee structure is transparently applied at checkout:
- Free Standard Delivery: Applied automatically on all orders with a subtotal of ₹4,999 or higher.
- Standard Flat Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹199 applies on orders below ₹4,999 to cover high-grade protective packaging and courier handling.

As soon as your package is dispatched, an automated dispatch notification is sent to your registered email address and mobile number. The notification contains:
- The assigned Courier Partner Name
- The Tracking / AWB Number
- A direct tracking link to monitor live shipment status
Registered users can also check real-time order status anytime by logging in and visiting the My Orders dashboard.
7. Packaging & Transit Safety
3D printed models can feature delicate geometric structures. To prevent breakage during transit, all orders are enclosed in multi-layer bubble wrap, secured with cushioning materials, and sealed inside robust corrugated cartons marked as fragile.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives with visible outer box tampering or crushing, we recommend capturing a short unboxing video and immediately reporting it to us within 5 days of delivery under our Refund & Cancellation Policy for an immediate replacement.
