By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Nature of 3D Printed Products & Disclaimers

Our products are produced using modern additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA resin):

• Layer Lines & Texture: Due to the layer-by-layer nature of 3D printing, fine micro-layer lines and minor surface variations are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not deemed defects.
• Color Variations: While we strive to display product colors accurately, actual physical colors may vary slightly depending on monitor color profiles, display settings, and specific raw material (filament/resin) manufacturing batches.
• Material Limitations: Standard PLA items are intended for indoor decorative or functional use and should not be subjected to prolonged temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F) or direct exposure to intense heat sources.
• Tolerances: Dimensions of printed models are held to standard digital manufacturing tolerances of approximately ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices on Janvi3D are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already received an official order confirmation.

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping charges are explicitly itemized on the cart and checkout pages before you complete your order. You agree to pay the total purchase amount shown at the final checkout step.

5. Payment Gateway & Security

We offer secure online payments through Razorpay (supporting UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, and Digital Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

All payment card transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay in strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1). Janvi3D does not collect, capture, view, or retain your card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on any server.

6. Order Acceptance & Custom Work

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Janvi3D reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, stock depletion, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or payment authorization failures.

For bespoke or personalized custom prints (e.g., custom names, uploaded STL files), work begins only after payment confirmation. Once slicing and printing have commenced, customized orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

7. Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

All content included on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, visual interfaces, graphics, product photography, text, and software code, is the intellectual property of Janvi3D or its content licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Janvi3D, its proprietor, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or purchased items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute, suit, or claim arising out of or related to your use of this website or orders placed on Janvi3D shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
